Days: Marlena's Split Personality Disorder - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Well, it's as good as official, last week and today's Marlena are two different people. So they say they aren't bringing Andrea Hall back to play Hattie, but did anyone else think, what if she's got split personality disorder, it sure looks like it to me. And also between today's show and the last of tomorrow's show there are HUGE red flags and inconsistancys. She may not even be the killer, but none the less she's got a Split Personality, I could only hope they'd go this route rather than stupid Mind Control. Marlena's never had a mental problem, so this should be interesting if they go this way.

i didn't really see nothing to support your idea of split personality.
but what i am thinking is that they wouldn't need andrea back to play marlena. remember, this is the show that had eileen davidson play four roles simutaneoulsy. so why not use diedra to play two roles?
i think hattie has emrged here this week as there is no other reason as to why marlena would try to convince roman to not marry kate, because she still loved him and wanted to get back together. WHAT???? that is not marlena. her character has never had notions like this in the 10 years i have been watching again. and we must rememeber, hattie was falling for roman and was jealous of marlena. partly because she could see that roman still loved marlena.
now if the killer is hattie, i can't see why she would kill roman if she loved him so much. unless she is not in controll at all and being controlled by someone else.
right now, i am going with the hattie theory.

I'm still thinking that Hattie is posing as Marlena and the real Marlena is being held somewhere. All of a sudden Marlena doesn't want Roman to marry Kate, and if you remember when Hattie was on she had it bad for Roman.
