Not So Obvious Christmas Movies
There are movies out there that have Christmas going on in the background, but you never really notice. Die Hard is one---I was really surprised to see at the beginning that its Christmas Eve when the movie starts. The only other one I can think of is The Apartment, an oldie with Jack Lemmon and Shirley Maclaine, where Christmas happens, but its sidelined by the drama going on.
Anyone out there know of other movies in this category? |

"Gremlins," the classic Joe Dante monster movie, takes place during Christmas.
The movie in a way can be considered a black comedy, with images of these ferocious creatures among the Chistmas decor. |

Better Off Dead, one of the greatest 80s movies IMO, John Cusack's in it, if ya havent seen it its great and takes place during Christmas
