12/17 Episode
Last night's episode of "Ed" was really classy, with Ed and Carol confronting and conquering the respective temptations. They've emerged from Ed's nondalliance with a girl from his past and Carol's self-doubt as a writer a stronger couple, and it looks like Carol is coming back to Stuckeyville after all! (Like we didn't know that was going to happen. . . .
 )When this episode began, I thought Ed and Carol's relationship would be in trouble. Actually, Mike and Nancy's marraige is in trouble, thanks to Mike's ineptitude with a power tool! Now instead of spending Christmas in his own house, Mike is going to spend it in the doghouse!  The Christmas display controversy was a nice subplot. |

I don't really get out a lot. When I do go out, I couldn't be happier. I love being in a nice milieu. I'm as happy as a clam. Just as long as I'm not in some club playing hip-hop. You hear that sort of thing in a lot of places. That's not my milieu. Rock and roll is good-time music. I love rock. So did my parents. |
