that maybe its not Lifetimes fault that Tracey is not going to be on the show anymore? I mean what if she wanted to leave or she had to for some reason....it doesn't mean that it was lifetimes fault that she was leaving......Don't get me wrong i like CD and i wish she would stay I was just making an acusation that maybe its not lifetime's fault.....I've been reading all these posts on how you guys hate Lifetime.....I think thats kinda cruel beens we don't know why she is leaving yet!

Please don't yell at me unless you can give proof that lifetime is firing her or whatever then please don't yell at me......just speaking my opinion

She has a new agency pic out and is looking for new work...

and she said this about the Division:

TN: I think ["The Division"] is more real than most of the cop shows I've done. I'm not necessarily talking about the cop side of it, but the characters, who are so layered. They all have problems and faults, and they're not always heroes. The shows I've done before included a lot of information-spouting characters who didn't have personal lives and it was all about catching the 'perps'.

TN: (about her new role as Candace "CD" DeLorenzo on "The Division"): Sometimes I think I'm the only actress in town who wants to play a wife or girlfriend, because I'm always an information-spouting cop. This part is a great opportunity — I get to do action and have a personal life.

And I highly doubt that has changed, especially since with the Nate relationship heating up she would have gotten to play the girlfriend...

Besides, if she would have left for personal reasons or whatever I think lifetime would admit that and say it, but the answers that we get aren't answers at all... and that sounds damn fishy to me...

And this is my opinion....I don't think they would fire her because they had a good storyline going there with her and Nate, I mean why stop that? That got a lot of people interested and I will be honest..I didn't like CD's character until season 3 because of the Nate thing. And alot of people here are sayin that if she isn't on the premiere that they won't watch it anymore...I'll be honest even if she isn't on the premiere I will still watch the show because I am more for Jinny than CD and don't get me wrong CD is a great character but I don't see why they would fire her..especially with the CD-Nate thing. But I could be wrong I mean with her getting shot and all but I don't know. And Cat, I don't think that lifetime would say if she left for personal reasons because most people wouldn't want the whole world to know..I dunno I will miss CD alot but I won't stop watching...And I meant no offense to anybody especially you Cat..if you read this..its just my opinion.

I personally don't think it's Lifetime's fault. From what I've heard, even if Tracey is looking for new work, it doesn't make sense as to why Lifetime would fire her in the middle of a good storyline. They had something that worked...they would have stuck to it, if Tracey wanted to stay. Maybe 3 years was enough for her.

I agree with the whole it might have been Tracey's decision, and if so that's definitely respectable. I've said that the very first time I have posted on the whole 'Tracey Needham leaving' topic.

I don't see why Lifetime's reason for C.D. not being there was "Apparently her story arc had ended and they decided to create a different character." By that line it's self sounds like it was someone other than Tracey that decided to end it.

Who knows...

By any rate, I wish Tracey all the luck in the future with her acting and family.

It was great while it lasted.

Happy Holidays!

I couldn't agree more... I'm not going to point any fingers unless I know the WHOLE story, who's decision it was for Tracey's leaving and all. I could have been a very last minute decision, which is why we found out now, not necessarily Lifetime's fault here. But I totally understand the die hard Tracey fans not wanting her to leave, and I don't blame them at all for being dissapointed. I wish she would stay myself, and no the show won't be the same without her. I thought at first maybe she wanted to take time off to spend with her family, but I don't really know. I'll just wait to find out for sure what the deal is, in the mean time I won't get mad at anyone.

From what the PR person for TD said, I get the idea that it was their decision, not Tracy's. And if she is out looking for work, then I don't think she would have volunteered to leave the show. Why leave a good steady job????

I totally thought about her leaving because she wanted to. It sorta bothers me that so many people r saying that they r going to stop watching TD if she leaves. I'm still gonna watch it since it's a great show.

Perhaps she didn't want to do someting they wanted her to do... they didn't back down, so she chose to leave...

I'm totally with you on that one. If they stop watching then they must not be interested in the show to begin with. I'll always watch it no matter what, even though when a main cast member leaves it won't be the same.

You know, that is not fair to say. I think The Division was a good show, with great storylines. However, my problem is this:In the season finale, the writers had Nate and CD going in a new direction, with alot of possibilities for the future. For them to say that "CD's story arc had ended" is a bunch of garbage and that proves to me that the writers are going to take this show down the tubes, and I prefer to not watch a show die a slow death. I do not expect everyone to agree with me, and by all means, enjoy the show. Just don't assume anything about me.

I would keep watching the show no matter who leaves or what happens. Nothing lasts forever, characters will come and go and stories will always change.

I 100% agree!! Seriously, if they hadn't have started that storyline for the finale, I wouldn't be as upset as I am right now. I absolutely love CD, she's one of my favorite characters, and I desparately wanted Nate and her to be together. Now they've played with our minds again and left us hangin. That's what bothers me, and the fact that no one can get a straight answer from anyone. So, watch the show if you want, don't watch it if you don't want to. It's as simple as that!!

I for one can NOT wait until Jan 11!!
