Home Improvement's Jonathan Taylor Thomas is joining ABC's "8 Simple Rules" for three episodes this February as Bridget's study partner-turned-crush. A show rep says his character is not a
"geek," just "a smarter guy who doesn't run with the cool crowd that Bridget does."

This sounds great and like an interesting idea. I haven't seen Jonathan in anything since Home Improvement. I know he has done other stuff but that was the last thing I saw him in.

This doesn't really have anything to do with him being on 8SR, but I'm looking at a JTT fansite that says he's a student at Harvard University..

He's pretty good, last time I saw him was on an episode of "Smallville". This should be interesting. I wonder how old he is now
