An HD Board Christmas

To: HD Board

It was a few days before Christmas and everyone was at their houses packing up presents and clothing, They were all gonna meet up at Chad's cabin in Maine.

Katie's mom: (talking to an empty room) You better hurry up and get packed, you'll miss your flight.

Katie's Dad: Why are you talking to Katie's empty room, We just got back from dropping her and her friends off at the airport.

Katie's Mom: Just testing you, wanna make sure you're paying attention.

At The Airport...

Jack: I just wrote a new parody about airplanes, anybody wanna hear it?

Everyone: Not right now Jack.

Jack: Fine, Oh there's our pilot, I'll go sing it for him.

EFD: Oh God No!

Jack: What!

EFD: Uh...I...my batteries went dead in my discman...be right back, gotta buy new ones.

TF: Well hurry up, We'll be boarding the plane soon.

Meanwhile at Chad's Cabin...

Chad: Thank you Enrique, that'll be all. The place looks great, very Christmasy, one thing though.

Enrique: Si Senor?

Chad: The giant flashing crucifix on the front lawn? I think it's a little much, don't you?

Enrique: (disappointed) Si Senor.

Chad: Now now, Don't be like that, Save it, we'll use it for Easter.

Enrique: Gracias Senor.

Enrique takes down flashing cross and prepares Chad's lunch.

Albany International Airport...

Kelsey, Jackie, Lynn, Lucas, Allie, Erin and Roby have joined the others and the announcement came over the P.A. system that they would board the plane.

Roby: You know, there's something that I'm curious about.

Katie: What's that Roby?

Roby: Why are we not taking the train? Wouldn't that be easier?

Katie: I never really thought of that.

Everyone: Oh...huh?

Jack: Well it's too late now.

Lucas: I get the window seat!

TF: Everyone shut up! Here are your tickets and your seating arrangements are this:

EFD and I, Katie and Roby, Jackie and Kelsey, Erin and Allie, Lucas and Jack, Lynn and Brian..Where's Brian!

Brian comes running up to the gang as they board the plane.

Brian: Here!

EFD: Good, you're sitting with Lynn.

Brian: Okay.

They all board the plane and find their seats--In First Class.

Stewardess: Hi, I'm Debbi, Debbi with an I.

EFD: Well hello Debbi with an I, I'm EFD with an E an F and a D. You really make the skies a whole lot friendlier to fly.

Debbi: Sir, before we continue this conversation, i'd like to remind you that I'm married...to the pilot, who used to be a wrestler. You were saying?

EFD: Where's the bathroom? and I'd like a White Russian.
Debbi: Okay then, Anything for you sir?
TF: Long Island Ice Tea.

Roby: I hope they're planning on showing a good movie
on this flight.
Katie: Yeah me too.

Debbi On Intercom: After dinner, our inflight movie will be:
Disaster In The Air.

Roby: I hope they're kidding.

Debbi: Just kidding, We'll be showing the following shows:
Happy Days, WKRP in Cincinnati, Benson, Soap, and Family Ties.

Everyone applauded and ate lunch. They watched the shows, the plane landed and they met Chad at the airport in Maine.

Chad: How was your flight?

TF: Man, it was great, The funniest part was EFD tried to hit on Debbie the Stewardess and she shot him down.

EFD: Man, don't call her that, it's Debbi with an I.

TF: Whatever, They showed old TV shows and it was fun.

They stood around talking and then went to claim their baggage. Carlton was waiting with the limo and they all piled in. It took an hour to get to the Cabin and it started snowing on the way there. By the time they get their, It's snowing heavily and they all run indoors. By 5pm, it's a full blown blizzard and the wind has picked up.

TF: Guys, I don't know how to tell ya this but, we got a blizzard warning and a high wind warning. Isn't that exciting?

Everyone: Oooh!

Chad: Well don't worry, if the power goes out, we'll be okay, we have gas stove and oven and we'll still have heat we just have to all sleep in the livingroom, but that's okay, we'll be that much closer to the presents.

Katie: Well that's good, I seriously doubt that the power...
(power goes out) will go out.

Everyone throws pillows at Katie.

Roby: You shoulda never even started that sentence.

Erin: Everyone find candles!

They all scramble around looking for candles, find them and light them. It looks really pretty.

Enrique: Can I get anyone anything?

Chad: What happened to your accent?

Enrique: Look, I couldn't continue with that fake accent anymore, i'm really from The Bronx, my name's not even Enrique, it's Steve Guttenberg
Kelsey: Well whatever your name is, you should probably get started on dinner.

Steve: Sure. I live to cook.
Katie: Steve, when did you quit acting?
Steve: I didn't quit, i'm just in between jobs.
Allie: Yeah, okay, whatever.
Chad: Let's finish decorating the tree and then we'll have hors d'...appetizers.

Jackie: I'll put this over here.
Allie: I'll put this little angel over here.
Kelsey: No, that goes over there, otherwise, it looks like a traffic jam on the tree.
Chad: I'll put the star on.

Chad climbs the ladder, misses a step and falls into the tree.
landing on Katie, Roby, Kelsey and Erin.

TF: (between laughter) Are you guys okay? That was the funniest dang thing i've ever seen.

Steve: What happened?

Katie: Chad fell into the tree and landed on us. He was trying to place the star on the tree.

Brian: He does that every year.

Jack: Yeah, It's our official start to Christmas.

Lucas: Wouldn't be Christmas without it.

TF: Nobody move. We'll be right over.

Everyone, not on the floor, ran over and helped the others out of the tree. By now, dinner was ready.

Steve: Come and Get it!

Everyone: Food!!!

They all mob towards the kitchen, stepping over each other to get the good seats. Chris Elliot came out of the kitchen, pushing a tray and in character as Hanson from Scary Movie 2,

Hanson/Chris: Some people like to baste their turkey but...

Everyone: NO!!!

Chris: (takes off Wig) Fine, you people have no sense of humor.

Katie: Don't feel bad man, have some turkey.

Chris: Oh okay, Thanks.

Dinner was finished and Chris went home to his family. The power came back on, but, the gang left the candles lit, cause it looked so pretty. They all settled down to watch The Merry Marathon on TV.

TF: This is the best Christmas ever.
Jack: Ditto.

Everyone throws pillows at Jack. It gets late and Chad warns everyone that if they don't get to sleep, Santa won't deliver the goods. So everyone changes into their pajamas and they go to bed.

The next day, they all wake up to find the trees and ground covered with snow, sparkling like diamonds. What a lovely site, kinda like "A Christmas Story." They all tore open their presents.

Chad got a collection of Tom Jones CD's, from TF, Katie and EFD a sweater, A cheese of the month club subscription from Roby, Lint from Lucas, socks from Kelsey, A sled from Erin, Earwax candles from Steve the butler and some really good stuff from Jackie and Allie. Nobody could pronounce it but, it was really cool cause it was solar powered.

TF got a Phyllis Diller autographed picture from Katie who got alot of nice sweaters and a DVD set of WKRP episodes from Erin, Kelsey and Allie. Everyone else got CD's, DVD's of movies they really love and socks and lint from Lucas...Yes, he even gave himself...Lint.

After dinner, they all went sledding. Crystal, David, Ashley and Leah stopped by to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, They couldn't stay cause they had other plans. Everyone turned in early cause they had to catch a plane to New York. They planned to spend the week there right up till New Years Day and then fly home.

It was the best Christmas they ever had.
