A month or two ago soon before Lifetime took off the 7 pm showing of UM I saw a story about Michael Francke. He had been hired to help reform the Oregon prison system and was found murdered outside his office. They said he may have had info on drug trafficking involving some high ranking people. Of course when his body was found, his briefcase wasn't. I was able to tape it at the time but I don't remember ever seeing it on Lifetime before. Do any of you?

I haven't seen it on Lifetime in a long time.
Many here before have talked about the scary composite photos on cases here. Well they had one of the Michael Franke case. They did a composite picture of an unidentified man that was seen walking around Franke's office the night he was murded. Absolutely freaky looking! |

Just saw this story.
I believe the abduction theory, that Michael was abducted and later brought back. Otherwise his body would have been discovered during the 1 hour search of the premises. I'm not quite sure whether or not it's an inside job by some of the prison guards, although it would appear likely. Any news on this case? |

The Gov. of California should've got his hands on this guy............then maybe the incident/incidents at Frontera could've been avoided.....but given what happened to Jessilyn Rich, Michael Franke would've probably died from something mroe gruesome than just a simple stabbing......
