Default Best Actor winners of the 1990's

I think Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump is the most memorable and very well acted. He was great in Philadelphia also.

I like Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump the best. I also like Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs.

Nicolas Cage in Leaving Las Vegas. Denzel Washington was robbed twice, he shouldn't have lost for Malcolm X to Pacino, and he was the best thing in Philadelphia.

I also felt that Denzel should've taken home the Oscar for Malcolm X.

Cage and Spacey- no contest in my mind.

I still must be the only person on earth who thinks Forrest Gump is one of the most overrated movies of all time.

Denzel or Eastwood (for Unforgiven) should have beat Pacino in '92. And Denzel should have beat Spacey for The Hurricane in '99. Both performances were better than his Oscar winning role in Training Day in 2001.

Probably Tom Hanks in Forest Gump. That is a such a remembered movie. I love it.

Tough choice, but I think I have to go with Tom Hanks in Philadelphia. He was amazing in that film! My second choice is Kevin Spacey in American Beauty.

I'll have to go with Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump, but a very close second to Kevin Spacey, because I loved both movies.
