Would anyone happen to know who wrote or performed the music that The Rockets danced to in the episode of "My Three Tons". That's the episode where Rerun wanted to become a Rocket. Thanks

Sorry guys, I checked the album "Do It Till Your Satisfied" by BT Express, but that song is not on the album. Thanks for the response though.

As the show had such a low production budget, and one primary composer, i would hazard a guess that most of the funky music you hear from the scenes with the dance group "The Lockers" (called "The Rockets" in the show...) as well as in the soda shop was composed by Mancini. There is only one episode I recall watching that I noticed to contain genre library music that was def not done by Mancini, and that was the first episode "Runaway". It was used as LP dance music in the "I have a nose for Bull" scene at the party Raj ditched babysitting Dee to go to. That was Gerry Shury’s "Night Groove" from Bruton's first BRH label LP. I don’t recall ever hearing that track used again…..or any other tracks from the many music libraries I’ve collected for years and years. Given that licensing audio content for the show would have cost money for every single instance it was used, it’s more likely that all of the often.. and often…and often used funk music heard in the show was composed near its inception by Mancini…. to be used later whenever a scene was appropriate.
