IMO.... NBC.
It had my 5 favorite sitcoms (Cheers, Frasier, Seinfeld, The Cosby Show, and The Facts of Life)

I like ABC sitcoms the best. A lot of them haven't been the ones critics like, but to me they're the most enjoyable.

Because the majority of my favorite shows come from there.

Though it isn;t true anymore, ABC used to be very daring in the sitcom department. Remember back in the earlier/mid 90's with shows like Roseanne, Ellen, Grace Under Fire, ect, were all shows that drew attention for whatever reason.

Nowadays, ABC has given up creativity for ratings. Remember though ABC, Roseanne, one of the most cutting edge sitcoms ever (right up there with All In The Family) was number one for two seasons and in the top 5 for 6.

CBS: I Love Lucy, Get Smart, Beverly Hillbillies, Dick Van Dyke, Green Acres, Mary Tyler Moore, All in the Family, Andy Griffith, Gomer Pyle, The Lucy Show

Need I go on?

Yes... but all my favorite sitcoms are from the 80s and 90s, I don't particularly like any current or very recent sitcoms.

I say CBS. NBC comes in second and ABC comes in third.

CBS. Mary Tyler Moore, Dick Van Dyke, MASH, and more recently The Nanny. They produced some of the best sitcoms ever IMO.

CBS had the best sitcoms of all time followed closely by ABC and then NBC.
