Hey!
I've finally seen Joe and Helen's wedding episode! I almost missed it, too. I haven't watched Wings in almost a week because of all the crap that's been going on. I mean, I don't watch it every night at 3:30... I watch my tapes of the episode that's supposed to be on that night. lol. But I haven't watched in a few days, and I didn't realize the wedding episode was coming up to soon. And I just happened to check the episode guide last night, and saw that it was going to be on. Although, I was hoping that the N@N schedule was still a day ahead, because I've never seen the epoisode before the wedding one either.. but anyway, I set up my tape last night to record. It turns out that I did miss the episode before it, but I'm glad I finally got to see the wedding eisode. I thought it was really funny. I laughed out loud a lot. And I know a lot of people thought it was kind of rediculous that they got married with Joe's hand stuck in the toilet, but I thought that that kind of situation went along well with the show. It's that kind of rediculous humor that makes the show funny, and makes it the "Wings" we all know and love. Plus, Joe and Helen have always had an interesting relationship, to say the least. So I think getting married with Joe's hand stuck in the toilet kind of went along well with the kind of relationship they've always had. lol. Plus, it makes for a great story. They can tell their kids the story of how "mommy and daddy got married with daddy's hand stuck in a toilet!!" haha. And of course, you can't have a big event without Brian somehow screwing it up. lol. So all in all, I thought it was a fitting wedding for Wings. It was wacky, it was funny, Brian screwed something up, but everything turned out fine- Joe and Helen got married. ...Even if it was while Joe's hand was still stuck in the toilet. hahaha. ![]() Lowell was funny in this one with all of his MacGyver comparisons. haha. "I once saw MacGyver take out an F-15 with a Tic-Tac." haha and then when Lowell had that GIANT wrench, and he was standing there looking at the toilet, going, "hmmm.... hmmm..." and then he goes, "I'm gonna go get the big wrench..." lol! |

After what TVAdam said about his prediction that Thomas Haden Church may be a MacGyver fan... I wonder if he made those lines up during filming and IF the darling Mr. Church is a MacG fan, does he watch it on TV Land...? Wow... |
