Japanese Bewitched?????? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I just saw on the other Bewitched website that they are remaking the TV series for Japan. They even posted pix of the actors and actresses who are starring in the series. In conjunction with that, they are releasing the 1st and 2nd seasons of Bewitched on dvd in Japan. Only two problems, from what I read: 1) they are in Japanese and 2) with the exchange rate, it would cost around $300 to buy one of the sets right now!!!!!

I've known about that for quite awhile now. I think it's neat. On the official site you can check out a preview - in Japanese of course.

So, are there any other 60s-70s shows on DVD in Japan? Do they like them there?
