OK, I need some advice. I have been having a helluva time trying to get a certain TV of mine adjusted just right the past few weeks. OK, I'll admit, it's a 22 year old MGA set that I use in my basement. I have a VCR hooked up to it with cable. Anyway, I had it adjusted perfectly, until someone came down and re-adjusted it to their liking, and since then I've been having to fine tune the color & tint every time I turn it on. What I need to know, is there a specific channel it should be adjusted to? It seems like I've heard you should adjust it to channel 3 or something, because I can get it looking perfect on one channel, and it will appear too green or red on another. Should I adjust it using a video? Please help! This is very frustrating!
And also...don't tell me to just get a new TV, there's nothing wrong with this one...
