I'm just going to be strait with this... ( I am laughing right now), a pimp is a guy who sells 'prostitutes'/'hookers' to their 'clients' for uh... you know...

I thought eveeyone knew what pimps were in this day and age.
Now, back in the 80s when Runaway first aired, I could see people being confused on the pimp issue. No, wait... pimps came to the fore in the 70s, during the Blaxploitation era. My fault. Heck, the old Hank Williams song "My Bucket's Got A Hole In It" was originally a turn of the century Pimp's lament! (It was about a poor pimp with no luck...) Pimping is ano old and proud occupation. ..did I just say proud...?  This has been a thumbnail history of pimps in entertainment in the late 20th century. |

And have you seen that 'American Pimp' movie?
I haven't seen it myself, but i've seen the previews, and it looks really...uh...interesting ( so to speak). But besides that point, I'm really against censorship. Especially of books( just go read my vent over at the 'Read No Evil' topic). Im young, and most of the jokes I crack are about pimps and hookers, you get the idea. I wasn't affended when Andrew said that, but I understand.
