Lawrence Taylor's Interview Last Night On 60 Minutes - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Did anybody watch his interview last night? Mike Wallace interviewed him. Lawrence who was the best defensive player in the NFL that i've ever seen for the NY Giants back in the day said that he used to pay for escort women to go to the Giants opponents hotel where they were staying & try to tire their opponents out all night by having sex & doing whatever. Lawrence also said he was doing drugs very heavily & he almost ended up going to prison. So he avoided doing prison time by going into rehab & staying clean. Dan Marino, Boomer Esiason, Deion Sanders watched the interview & they commented on it in the USA Today newspaper today. Boomer said that Lawrence should be inducted in the hall of shame instead of the hall of fame. Boomer said Lawrence is a disgrace to football & if Lawrence was playing today, he would've flunked all the drug tests. Dan agreed with what Boomer said. Deion was very upset at what Boomer said. Deion said are u guys blind & naive to think that that stuff is not going on in the NFL today. I agree with Deion. I know there's probably a lot of guys who are taking steroids, doing drugs, having sex with women. Just from watching the movie Any Given Sunday & watching Playmakers on ESPN, i truly believe a lot of guys do those things in the NFL today.

I saw it. It was really sad to see his life start to go downhill after the end of his career. He was one of the 50 Greatest Athletes of the 20th Century. He was that good.

It is so, so, hard trying to find good role models for kids and youth these days!!
