Technology to use Mel Blanc's voice?

I hope one day, they develop the computer techonology, so they could still use the voice of late great Mel Blanc for the voices of his old cartoon characters.

I saw a preview for "Looney Tones: Back in Action" and it reminded of how much anyone who voices a character original done by Mel Blanc sucks.

They did it for Tupoc, surely they can do it for the great Mel Blanc.

Yes, but WHY??

You know, it's bad enough that Bugs, Daffy, and company have sold their souls to sell t-shirts and crappy movies with Brendan Frasier and Nike without us having to harvest the talents Mel Blanc, too...

Yes, I agree that some of the new voices stink, but re-digitizing and reusing Mel's voice for the sake a a few new cartoons (which, by the way, would NOT be directed by Tex Avery, Chuck Jones, Bob Clampett, or Friz Freeling or Robert McKimson) would be a grade-A sacrillige.

The best way to preserve Mr. Blanc's memory is to enjoy the vast body of work he left behind. Then we would pay him and the Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies characters the highest compliment possible.

ahhh, but those who own the rights to it dont make any MONEY that way....

i just feel that if they are going to produce new material based on the Merrie Melodies characters they should be doing the highest quality they are capable of to maintain the integrity of the orginal body of work
