A/N Okay, okay I know I have a billion, and one fanfics out there coughsButHereCoughsAnotherCoughsone! I hope you all don’t mind. I my original idea was for this to be a CD Nate fanfic, but I wanted to do a Raina Fanfic so I have kinda gone in a different direction, however I have found a way to bring in CD. I hope you all enjoy…And please any idea shoot! LOL I will take ANY ideas!

Raina sat in her Captain’s office in disbelief, “Cap, There’s no way I am working with him!” She sighed, upset. “He’s not even a cop! What if, something goes down tonight, and he is my only back up!”

Kate wasn’t letting up. “Raina, you’re going for a stake out, and if, you need back up there right around the Connor. I wouldn’t want you going inside with out your back up!”

“But, that’s why I’m sayin, Cap!” Raina yelled, “What if, for some reason I don’t have time to call for back up? Then Johnny is my only person, and since he’s not a cop he doesn’t have a gun.”

“Raina, he knows the guys where looking for.” Kate said calmly for the first time since Raina started to object form doing this. “I am giving you an order Raina, you are not to move with out your back up. Nate, and CD will be right around the connor. They will be they’re in less then two seconds if, something goes down that isn’t supposed to. Now go home get some sleep, and be back here at nine ready to work with Johnny. Get passed your personal feelings for the guy.”

“But cap…” Raina tried again, but this time Kate gave her a look, and Raina knew she was arguing a losing battle Raina looked down in defeat, and said, “Okay fine, I will be back here ready to work at nine tonight.” Raina got up, and walked out of the caps office.

As Raina walked into the bullpen CD looked up, and saw Raina, and asked, “So how did it go?”

“It didn’t.” Raina looked at CD, “How am I supposed to work with Johnny, and feel safe?”

CD slowly put her arm around Raina, “Look, Nate, and I will be there, We will give you a signal for you to give us, if you are in over your heads. Its will be okay. Captain wouldn’t do this if, she didn’t think you could handle it, and I trust her.”

Raina slowly nodded her head, “I guess your right.” CD gave her a positive look. “Okay, Okay, I know I can do this. Everything will be okay.”

CD smiled at her, “See, that’s more like it. I will see you tonight then?”

“Yeah.” Raina shrugged. “I will see you then.”

Raina, CD, Nate, and Johnny had all gotten their sleep, and meet at The Division. They went to leave, and they had agreed that it would be something simple to call back up they would just get on the speaker, and call back up, and Nate, and CD would be there. Raina and Johnny got to the where house, and parked. Johnny asked, “So why haven’t you re turned my phone calls?”

Raina glared at him, “So, you got my Captain to agree on you going to a stake out with me, because I wouldn’t return your phone calls?”

He smiled, “Well it’s one way to get you alone with me. It worked didn’t it?”

He was joking, and she knew it, but it only ticked her off even more, “You SOB!”

He in mock turn said, “You know you don’t even know my mom… so to call her that is just wrong.”

She hit him, “YOU know what I meant! God you such an idiot!”

He said, “Thank you! I try.”

“Do you even know what or who your looking for?” She yelled “I mean my god, My life is in your hands, and all you can think about is getting laid.”

This time he got mad, “That’s not true! I would never put your life in danger like this if, it weren’t something important!”

Raina mumbled, “Yeah I am sure…What did they not give you your drugs?”

He rolled his eyes he couldn’t believe that she would think this of him. Yes, he didn’t pay his child support. “Look,” He said, “I know you don’t like me, because you think I did my children wrong, but I am doing this for them.”

“you know what?” Raina said, “Let’s not do this! Do you think for once you can just shut up!”

This time he was the one with the come back, “That’s funny coming from you.”

“Yeah…” She shot back, “Well maybe I have nothing to say to you!”

“Oh, baby,” He said, “You have plenty to say to me, we both know it… Just admit it you like me. That’s why you are playing hard ball with me.”

Raina nearly laughed at the thought, “I can’t stand you! I can’t stand to be in the same damn car as you!” As she said that she got out of the car, and slammed her door.

He got out, and went around to her side, “You want to know what I think?”

“NO!” She said, “Does it look like I want to know what you think?”

“Yeah.” Yeah he said backing her up against the door of the car. The heat between them was clear. The sexual tension was even clearer. He grabbed her arms, and pulled her into a kiss. “Now tell me, you didn’t like that!”

He was still close to her, to close all she wanted to do was grab him, and kiss him more, but instead she pushed him away. And started walking around the car when people started running out of the where house. Shots where fired. Raina ran back words, and jumped on top of Johnny trying to keep him from being shot. Finely when the fire of the guns where done Raina asked, “Are you okay?” It was then that she felt something wet going down what she thought was her back. She felt pain, and lots of it.

Johnny cried out as he got her off of him, “Oh my God! You have been shot!” He held her in his arms, “I am so sorry!”

Raina said, “Don’t worry about me get help.”

Johnny got inside the car, and cried out, “Back up! I need back up!!” As he had herd on plenty of cop’s shows, he yelled, “Officer down.”

CD started driving, and Nate asked, “What was that?”

“I said, Raina has been shot!” He said in alarm.

Nate said, “Well be right there I will call for an ambulance. Stay in the car!” Nate warned him.

Before CD or Nate had come but he could here in a far distance the sirens of their car. A women came around the to the car, and said, “Put your hands up where I can see them!” She was blonde and in her mid twenties.

Johnny put his hands up, and said, “I will do what you want, but please don’t hurt her!”

Looking down she quickly checked her ID realizing they where police, she said, “Put your hands down. I am the cop I am under cover. Looks like the two of you are too?”

Johnny said, “I’m not she is. Just please help her!” He said as CD and Nate pulled into the parking lot. Making sure the place was empty witch it was. Nate called for an ambulance. Johnny got out of the car, and ran to Raina side, “Please he begged let her be okay!”

She had lost a lot of blood, CD was helping with Raina. Raina looked up at Johnny and said, “I love you too!” She closed her eyes… and everything went black.

The ambulance got there first followed by CD and Nate. Who, had Johnny with them. As They got inside, and CD remembered the blonde, she turned around to see her come walking in and at the same time they both glared at each other, and said, “YOU!”

Okay so let me know what ya think cause I can't post more unless you do....Okay sorry to people who where reading this before I changed the name of it to familiar Love..becasue someone else had a TD fanfic by the name of Love hurts..Thanks for the replys, and thanks Cat of helping to rename it.

CD and Nate there first followed the ambulance. Who had Johnny with them? As they got inside, and CD remembered the blonde, she turned around to see her come walking in and at the same time they both glared at each other, and said, “YOU!”

CD tried to hide how angry she was. She asked, “What are you doing here?”

The women yelled back, “No! What are you doing here?”

CD yelled, “I asked you first!”

Nate came walking over he had been at the counter filling out paper work for Raina since she was unconscious from the gunshot. He said, “ maybe the two of you should stop yelling at each other! CD who is this?”

“She is my sister.” CD said

“What?” Nate asked He couldn’t believe that she never told him about her sister.

The blonde hair women said, “Yeah her sister…My name is Dana.”

“Wait…wait?” Nate asked, “I am confused…Your mothers daughter?”

CD said, “NO! My fathers daughter.”

“Oh.” Nate said. “Why didn’t you ever tell me?”

Dana replied, “because, she hated our father!”

CD said, “I had every right two. He left us for your mother. He left me all alone with a mother who all she cared about was her self! CD tried to stay calm. But it wasn’t working. “He didn’t care about me, all he cared about was you.” This all was hard on CD, because of her mom letting a man have sex with her, and knowing about it. While her sister had the perfect life, and money to do whatever she wanted to do. “You never had to work at anything your whole life, and now you decided to be to cop? Gee, maybe you just trying to show me off like you always have!”

“That’s not true!” Dana said, “I have always respected you! Until you blamed our father for every thing wrong that ever happened to you!”

Nate asked, “Do you even know what happened to CD?”

“What do you mean?” Dana asked

CD said, “Nate don’t answer that.” She got out her phone, “I am gonna call Captain she would want to know that Raina has been shot.”

He grabbed her arms, and pulled her into a kiss. “Now tell me, you didn’t like that!” He was still close to her, to close all she wanted to do was grab him, and kiss him more, but instead she pushed him away. And started walking around the car when people started running out of the where house. Shots where fired. Raina ran back words, and jumped on top of Johnny trying to keep him from being shot. Finely when the fire of the guns where done Raina asked, “Are you okay?” It was then that she felt something wet going down what she thought was her back. She felt pain, and lots of it. Johnny cried out as he got her off of him, “Oh my God! You have been shot!” He held her in his arms, “I am so sorry!” Raina said, “Don’t worry about me get help.” Johnny got inside the car, and cried out, “Back up! I need back up!!” As he had herd on plenty of cop’s shows, he yelled, “Officer down.” CD started driving, and Nate asked, “What was that?” “I said, Raina has been shot!” He said in alarm. Nate said, “Well be right there I will call for an ambulance. Stay in the car!” Nate warned him. Before CD or Nate had come but he could here in a far distance the sirens of their car. A women came around the to the car, and said, “Put your hands up where I can see them!” She was blonde and in her mid twenties. Johnny put his hands up, and said, “I will do what you want, but please don’t hurt her!” Looking down she quickly checked her ID realizing they where police, she said, “Put your hands down. I am the cop I am under cover. Looks like the two of you are too?” Johnny said, “I’m not she is. Just please help her!” He said as CD and Nate pulled into the parking lot. Making sure the place was empty witch it was. Nate called for an ambulance. Johnny got out of the car, and ran to Raina side, “Please he begged let her be okay!” She had lost a lot of blood, CD was helping with Raina. Raina looked up at Johnny and said, “I love you too!” She closed her eyes… and everything went black. ~~ The ambulance got there first followed by CD and Nate. Who, had Johnny with them. As They got inside, and CD remembered the blonde, she turned around to see her come walking in and at the same time they both glared at each other, and said, “YOU!” Okay so let me know what ya think cause I can't post more unless you do....Okay sorry to people who where reading this before I changed the name of it to familiar Love..becasue someone else had a TD fanfic by the name of Love hurts..Thanks for the replys, and thanks Cat of helping to rename it.
