Not sure what it's called or from what season, but its the one where Carrie gets upset that she's not a lawyer like her friends and she got embarrassed on a girl's night out for being a secretary and afterwards decides to go back to school. Doug got bored without her around and wrote that song. It's the one where Doug helps Carrie get her report turned into class on time by working on it at the school overnight. Carrie realizes school wasn't really for her and makes up her mind to quit.

Hopefully someone else can provide the name of it and the season.

Thanks. I remember seeing the episode during my Freshmen year of high school when I was first getting into KOQ.
It's one of my favorites. I also like the 'strike' episodes and the 'gravy boat money' episode.
