Default "In the Zone" or "Dangerously in Love"?

Which album is better? "Dangerously in Love" by Beyonce or "In the Zone" by Britney Spears?

I have to say "Dangerously in Love", since I don't have Britney's album. Also I am hearing Beyonce all over the radio dial, while I am berly hearing Britney on the radio.

If both albums were released the same week, "Dangerously in Love" would have sold many many more copies than "In the Zone" in my opinion.

Neither, but if I had to pick, I'd say Britney.

Dangerously In Love debuted with 300,000 (est.) copies sold, and In The Zone sold 700,000 copies its first week, and 300,000 it's second.

Let me respnd to you SBTB Geek. First of all "Dangerously in Love" was released two weeks ahead of its orignal release date due to internet piratecy, if it was released in its original release date, it would have sold more. Also the economy is getting better, and it is the holiday season, Those all play factors into "In the Zone" favor.

But the main reason I think "Dangerously in Love" would have sold more copies than "In the Zone" if they were released in the same week is radio play. Radio staton were and still are playing "Crazy in Love" in heavy rotation. "Me against the Music" even close to the amount of radio play "Crazy in Love" got last summer. "The album second single "Baby Boy" is the current number one single.

You can disagree with me if you want, but that is my theory.

^Radio play does not equal sales.

For example, Christina Aguilera has had 6 #1 singles, 4 more Top 40 songs (10 in total), and Britney Spears only had one #1 hit ("Baby One More Time,") and two Top 40s ("I'm a Slave 4 U," and "Me Against The Music.") Yet Britney's albums sales GREATLY overpower Christina's.

Also... No Doubt's Rock Steady had more hits, yet Return of Saturn sold more.
