Here are some interesting Facts:

Jo was named after her grandfather Joseph Polniaczeck.

In season 5, Blair doesn't dye her hair blonde, but in season 8, she says she isn't a true blonde.

In their house, the fire plce has a door on the left which is the front door, and a door on the righ which is the garage door. But sometimes when the girls come or go out the garage door, you can see the outside and there is no garage and sometimes you can see the garage wall.

In season 1 in the main living room, the grandfather clock always has the same time on it.

Beverly Ann was named after Charlotte Rae's real sister.

There were Facts of Life references on shows such as Family Guy, RoseAnne, Married with Children, South Park, Living Single, Newhart, and the Simpsons. In the movie Cable Guy, Jim Carrey says "I had to learn the Facts of Life by watching the Facts of Life.

All By Herself is the last episode Geri Jewel is in and they never mention her again.

Natalie's sister is only shown and mentioned once.

The guy who played Mrs. Garret's fiance in season 6 also played the store detective at Harrison's department store in the Episode Shoplifting in season 2.

Well, I have a lot more than that, but those are some interesting ones.

Here's soem other facts:

The Facts Of Life was a spin-off of Diff'rent Strokes.

It was originally a mid-summer replacement to Hello Larry.

Geri's last name was turned from Warner to Tyler. Why?????

Kim Fields was a 10-year old playing a 12-year old in the first season.

If you count up the years, Tootie got her driver's license at age 17.

Oh, I forgot this one:

In the episode, A Man in the Attic, Blair changes for her old hairstyle to her 80's hairstyle in the middle of the episode. In the episode, Two Guys From Appelton (which was four episodes before a man in the attic), Blair already had her 80's hairstyle.
IS IT A MYSTERY OR JUST BAD TIMING?
By the way, I found this one on a website.

Natalie's sister was never shown, that is incorrect.. but Mindy Cohn's real-life sister did appear as a character named Lisa in the Blair/Jo graduation episode.

Blair: I have 30 minutes left of curl and then it's limp zucchini.

Jo: Ferra, you're melting my toothbrush!

Blair: It's still on display.Hopefully providing an uplifting experience for all.
Jo: Uplifting experience? What is it, a painting, or a bra?
Natalie: Maybe it's a painting of a bra!

Sorry, just posting some quotes.
