Yes! Very much so!!! It's the corners of her mouth and her eyes that make them look alike!! Wow!!!

BTW, I don't know who the actress is, but I can tell she does look like Priscilla!

You know who I think looks like Priscilla? --Faith Ford (i think thats her name) from "Hope and Faith" and "Moms on Strike". The first time I saw her, I really thought it was Priscilla!
