Default Why Are Basketball Hoops Messed Up In The Black Neighborhood?

Since i've lived in Cleveland, Virginia, Maryland, the one thing i've noticed is that basketball hoops at the park in the black neighborhoods never have any nets on the rims. If the rims do have nets, the nets are all torn up LOL. I've seen rims in the black neighborhood at the park that have chain nets LOL. Blacks for some reason also can't keep the courts clean cause there's always trash on the ground at most of the courts. Whenever i go to a white neighborhood, the nets on the rims at the basketball court are nice & neat. Their nets are never torn off the rims LOL. I wonder why that is? Blacks need to learn to keep things looking neat & stop tearing up the nets at these courts in the hood. I've even played basketball on a milk crate before in the hood hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Has anybody ever done that? At this park in Cleveland, i remember they tore down the basketball courts & put up a football field to teach the black youth a lesson. The black dudes would always bend the rims & tear up the nets so the city of Cleveland Heights showed them a lesson by tearing down the courts. I don't blame them. There is also this other park in Cleveland at this elementary school that used to have a basketball court & it got tore down cause the ignorant black dudes would come up to the park to break beer bottles & smoke all the time & spraying graffiti.

White Men cant jump, therefore they cant reach the nets to destroy them!

I don't think it necessarily has to do with just courts in black neighborhoods. I grew up in a multicultural neighborhood, but with mostly poor white people, and most of our courts were the exact same way. I remember the chain rims would always get so tangled up to the point that you were afraid to shoot because if you did, the ball would get caught in the nets. I also remember people who would actually steal nets, or cut them off for no reason at all, and about a year or two later, the school would finally put up a new net, only for it to get cut off again. My guess is that the white neighborhoods you went to might have been more affluent, and so when their nets get messed up, they can afford to buy new ones. I may be wrong though, but speaking as a white guy, I can guarantee you it's not just a problem in black neighborhoods. It seems to be a problem in most poor neighborhoods, whether they're white, black, Hispanic, or whatever.

What kinds of areas are those? Everything is messed up in poor areas, not just BB hoops. Its about a lack of $, and supervision.

Shaker Heights, Warrensville Heights, Cleveland Heights are nice areas but Cleveland has a lot of poor areas.
