Does anyone have the episode or the clip of Ted saying the following?

TED: Waaaaaaaake up! Eat your breakfast! Driiiiiive to work! Say hello to your friends! Work at your job! Eat lunch! Work some more! Say goodbye to your friends! Drive home! Eat dinner! Sit down, read a magazine, and gooooo to sleeeeeeeeeep!

It one of the classic moments on the show and one of the few times Ted ever had anything good to say.

He repeats it twice, once down beat, once upbeat, and that makes all the difference. I want to send the scene to a friend and need to know the episode and if it is for sale or legally on the web somewhere.

I agree; this moment is classic Ted. The episode is "Mary Moves Out" and I don't have the episode number in front of me, but I know it's in season 6. If you're looking for a VHS of the episode, I have it taped from Nick at Nite. E-mail me if you're interested in working something out.
