John and Giraffes? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

now i have noticed something. it has to do with giraffes. i've realized that 3 references to giraffes have been made on threes company and 8SR.

In the episode "its only money" of Three's company john walk into thekitchen in his bathing suit. janet mistakes them for unerwear but doesn't mind then when she finds out they are bathing shorts. chrissy then says she cknows the difference cuz his underwear has giraffes on them.

Next on the first episode of season 2 on 8SR john takes out a giraffe and says he is going top give it to his wife.

Finally in the episode "goodbye" of 8SR kerry is going throught the father's desk and finds a picture that she drew of a giraffe for her father. are these giraffe mentionings a coicidence or did John have a love for giraffes. anyway its something to think about....

There was also the one episode of Three's Company were they got a bunch of money and didn't know how to spend it and Chrissy went out a bought a huge stuffed giraffe. I wonder if he did like them?
