Default Who is a better parental role model?

Now that we've seen the two most controversial figures in music get a fair share of career-enhancing media exposure, which is the better one: Michael Jackson, or Courtney Love?

I personally think both Michael and Courtney should get married.

If I had to pick one from the poll list to be my parent, I'd pick Ozzy and Sharon. But out of Michael and Courtney....my pick would be Courtney. I mean, at least she still looks like a human being.

I don't think Ozzy and Sharon are as bad as people are making them out to be. One Courtney Love gets her problems sorted out she can make a good parent. MJ is a hopeless case IMO.

Default r&r parents

I don't think Ozzy and Sharon are bad parents either. I know how people like to rag on them as if they are.

Hell I wish Ozzy and Sharon were MY parents! I find them absolutely hilarious.

But Michael Jackson... come on now. Ew.

Red face Courtney Love

I noticed on the cover of the The Stranger, in the latest issue, they had a picture of her with the caption: "Courtney Love--1964-2003", and I thought, WHAT???!!! Did I miss something???
Then when I read it, they explained that she may not be dead physically, but for all intents and purposes, her career and her sanity are dead. There are tons of articles about her in this issue.

Of course, when I say Michael Jackson and Courtney Love are ideal parents, I'm being facetious and ironic. Probably wasn't fair to include Ozzy and Sharon.

Btw, "Iron Man" is on the radio now.

Default NONE OF THE ABOVE

Nobody in that group is a good parent. They all SUCK big-time!
I don't think most Rock 'n Roll people are good role models. Even "old-time" ones like Elvis, weren't that good. That's not to say they didn't love their kids, just the culture and career or life-style is not conducive to parenting.

I'd pick Ozzy and Sharon as the best by far.

Totally Ozzy and Sharon! Jeez, if people would bother to watch their show, they'd realize just how tight-knit that family is. Look at how they all pulled together when Sharon got cancer. They love each other and have a lot of fun. Who wouldn't want to be a part of that family?
