Thumbs up LotR: Return of the King

Anyone else psyched for this next month?!
I can't believe it's been 3 years already since the 1st one. It'll be kinda sad to not be waiting for another one next year.
Maybe they could squeeze in The Hobbit!

I also am looking forward to it.

Although I don't know how they're going to top the battle scenes in Two Towers.

I'm looking forward to see it next month. I've seen the first two "Lord of the Rings" films about a year and two ago.

Abosolutely cannot wait!!!! I get all squeally and stuff just thinking about it! I'll probably end up seeing it 3 times in theatres. I saw the Two Towers twice. It opens in most theatres on the 17th of December. I'm sooo excited!! I cannot wait to see the gorgeous Orlando Bloom and Viggo Mortensen.

pffft jackson, has messed with the professors works too much, ents being the playthings of elves, boromir being a kiniving twit thats a copy of denethor, five hundred elves at helms deep, and now he takes out saruman from return of the king!
merry cannot feasibly kill the witch king anymore(no barrow wights, no wight blades to kill him) the olag-hai look good though.
mordor urak-hai are weirdos, the witch king looks like a gimp, (he has a flail instead of a mace in the film)
that stupid hobbit was caught at osgiliath by the witch king, -THEN- pippin looks into sarumans palintr and sauron suspects him, the fact that hes some hundreds of miles away means nothing apparently (and pippin, it would seem, gets the palintr in his christmas stocking, with sarumans removal.)

as for the hobbit, there -WONT- be a film, a tv series however is planned.

You are SO lucky. Was he blonde when you saw him? Because I think he looks really good with his dark hair. He should keep it.

It was kind of a dark blonde and it was short. I like it how it is in LOTR.

I like the way it is in LOTR too, but then again I'm a sucker for dark hair.

This will definately be the best movie of the year, i love the LOTR movies! haha i beat the return of the king game for gamecube in 2 days (yea i was bored ok? hhaha)! and there IS a Hobbit movie coming out...but not until 2006, i saw a trailer for it the other day...my guesses as to why they're waiting so long to release it: it's going to take a long time to film OR they're waiting until the whole LOTR craze has died down and then they're gonna bring the Hobbit in and raise the craze again and make huge money. anyone else heard anything about this?
