It was a two part episode. Arnold wants to buy a new bycicle and works out a deal with the owner of the bycicle shop. Then Arnold and Dudley become friends with him and start hanging around the shop a lot and they don't realise that jis a child molestor.

I doubt it. If it was just a regular ep and one of the boys were topless they would show it. It's just controversial. I don't understand why you were disgusted. It's a boy.
