I just wanted to share something with you: one day I was watching tv and the commercial for the facts of life came on. and I kept saying to myself oh not another one of these "boring" shows! I told my mom that they should just keep the regular line up, like the brady bunch, stuff like that so my mom said you'll like it (she watched it when she was younger) so the day came that FOL came on for the first time that I seen it and ya know what? I really didnt like it. then it came on again and again and I liked it then LOVED the show!! I mean see how feelings change? and thats how I got into liking Nancy McKeon (her movies and stuff) I have never even heard of any of these pleople b4 Facts I was born when It ended and when it was on I was younger so I didnt watch it.. OKay I just wanted to share that with you guys

Yeah, I had a similar experience. When NAN first started showing FOL, I was mad because it took the place of I Love Lucy. And I thought the show was sort of stupid (imagine that!). Then I started watching it and now i'm obsessed.

When they started showing the commercials for The Facts Of Life Unhhiden Mysteries Marathon, I thought....hmmmmm, where do I know them from??? When it came on again, I was like, Oh MY God! I loved that show! I really got into it again.

I am a first-generation FOL fan. When I first heard it was coming to Nick at Nite, I was thrilled. Actually, I taped the marathon and watched the shows during the day. From that, my three year old became a serious fan of the show. She cannot go one day without watching Tootie. Since her bed time is 8:00,I have to tape it for her so she can watch it before she goes to bed at night. When I first heard it would be on Nick at Nite I did not expect it to get such a response from viewers of all ages. Even my mother likes it. Of course, she watched it with me when it was on originally. Anyway, I'm rambling now. I guess that's all I have to share.

I was flipping through the channels saw FOL on N@N one night in October and got hooked. I'm still trying to figure out how I missed it on USA since I used to watch USA a lot. The best things are those that you completely don't expect!
