Of the two I prefer the Addams Family.

The Addams Family. The Munsters are a poor-man's version of The Addams Family. The Addams Family was by far more classy, more funny and the characters are far more likeable and memorable. The writing was by far better as well.

I disagree.
The Addams Family were the poor man's Munsters.

The Munsters THOUGHT they were normal.

The Addams Family KNEW they were different.

I like The Munsters
But I dont like The Addams Family

The Munsters, and for two reasons:

1. Fred Gwynne

2. Al Lewis

I laughed out loud at The Munsters. As opposed to The Addams Family.

Both shows, however were too short lived.

I wonder why they didnt ever put them and the Adams family living next door,would have been interesting!

Crossovers would have been great but rival networks won't allow it. Why Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie never had any crossovers either.
