Default What decade do you not like any Sitcoms from?

None of the sitcoms from the 1960's appeal to me. THere is not one sitcom from that decade I like. Looks like I would have been miserable if I came along during the 60's.

I like sitcoms from every decade.

But the 50s would have to be the worst IMO.

All I would really like would be I Love Lucy, and the occassional Leave It To Beaver.

50 and 60s. I liked AITF and The Jeffersons from the 70s and for the Jeffersons 80s as well as some others. 90s by far was the best.

The only sitcom from the 50's I like is the Honeymooners. I was recording eps of the Honeymooners at the age of 9.

I really don't watch sitcoms from the the 60's, but I watch them when there is nothing else on.

I cant say that I have a decade of sitcoms that I dont like. I at least like 3 from the fifties and the Dick Van Dyke show from the sixties. All the shows from the 70s and 80s, I grew up with them. In the 90s, I watched more drama shows like Law & Order and NYPD Blue. So...I can not really speak on sitcoms of the 90s. Most of the shows on now are for the children. Definitely not geared towards the 30+ age range.

Probably the 50's. Only sitcoms I like from that era are 'I Love Lucy' and 'Honeymooners'.

I like at least one sitcom from each decade. The decade that is my least-favorite for sitcoms is the 1990's or 80's.

I'd have to say the '50's as well. Other than the occaisonal Leave it to Beaver, I don't really watch any shows from that decade. I watch at least one sitcom from each decade '60's-90's.

Default 1950s & 60s

The early sticoms could do 25 minutes on nothing and be funny. "Who ate the cookies" could be funnier than 2 girls fighting with/ove one boy or vice-versa.

In my view, some shows I enjoy from each decade include:

1950's: I Love Lucy, Father Knows Best, Honeymooners, and Leave It To Beaver.

1960's: Dick Van Dyke, Bewitched, I Dream Of Jeannie, Andy Griffith, and Dennis The Menace.

1970's: Mary Tyler Moore, Odd Couple, Happy Days, Rhoda, Laverne & Shirley, and WKRP In Cincinnati.

1980's: Facts Of Life, and Family Ties

However, the 1990's are weak. Except for Home Improvement, I can't get into any others. Many of today's sitcoms are just terrible (with the exception of 8 Simple Rules.)
