Post First Season

It was okay, but not as good as the rest. Only the setting was better. About the characters:
Nancy was cool, but she was just never around. We barely saw her.
I liked Sue Ann, but she was SOOOOOOO annoying! Plus, unlike Nancy, she was ALWAYS around. Even when the scene wasn't about her, she was usually there in the background.
Molly was just another Tootie. She was often around, but she didn't have much to say.
Cindy was an early Jo, and she's my favorite first season girl. She was also the first girl on the show to have her own episode (YES, even before BLAIR!).
Mr. Bradley, I didn't really like. A stuffed up sexist, he was. The only times I liked his were when he saved Blair and when he helped out Sue Ann (more or less) with her dieting problem.
Miss Mahoney... she just wasn't there long enough.
As they all say, the show just didn't swing without Jo.

I don't agree with you on all of this because, I really liked the first season, but here's what I thought of all of the characters....

Nancy: She was Ok, but she didn't hang around a lot and she did strange things with Roger.

Sue-Ann: Extremly annoying and hangs out around the set too much. Needs to take a long earned break and move back to Kansas.

Molly: Camera-girl, and doesn't like guys at all. Talks about her puberty. Likes Mrs. Garrett too much.

Cindy: Tomboy, and hangs around with wet clothes, sweats, and is in love with Blair.

Mr. Bradley: A sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot you might say??? Nah, not really but kind of depressed.

Miss. Mahoney: Has a pig nose, and only hung around for 4 of 13 episodes.

Felice (Nancy) was the first girl to be cast and the pilot episode is all about her, where you can see it on different strokes if those schmucks at N@N ever air it.

Um, obviously you haven't seen "Rough Housing", or you didn't pay attention. Cindy's not a lesbian.

I didnt like the first season that much. I only liked the IQ episode. It was funny. The reason I didn't like the first season is because...um... no JO!!!

Tootie: Sam has a kid?
Blair: I hope you're talking about a goat.
Jo:...It's no big deal.
Nat: Having a goldfish is no big deal. having a kid, is a big deal.

I Thought the first season was okay, but it had to many girls. And Some of the girls didn't have much to say, and others were always annoying like Molly and Sue Ann. And Blair was seen too often, I think. But the show became better when Jo stepped into Eastland

Hmmm. I'm not going to deny this but I guess I changed my mind when it came to Hallmark. It seemed a lot horrible when it was on Nick at Nite because whenever I saw an episode it was usually a not-so-good one and that caused me to lose interest in the show. The other thing that really turned me off from the show was the first season. Oh gawd, it was HORRIBLE! Too many characters and not enough character development. UG
