this is a very horrible and horrific crime that happened and very sad.

11-Year-Old Live Oak Girl Raped, Stabbed
Victim In Critical Condition, Suspect Found Dead

SAN ANTONIO -- A 11-year-old girl from Live Oak is listed in critical but stable condition Friday after she was sexually assaulted and stabbed.

Live Oak police said they found the victim suffering from multiple stab wounds at a home on Oak Forest around 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

"It was a brutal scene," said Live Oak Assistant Police Chief Dan Pue.

The sixth-grade student who attends Kitty Hawk Middle School was found underneath a washing machine in the garage in an apparent effort to cover up the crime, Pue said.

Despite the victim being near death, she was able to identity her alleged attacker, Pue said.

Live Oak police launched an all-points bulletin for the homeowner, James Arnold Sanderson 27

But investigators were informed that Sanderson's body was found north of Lampasas on Friday morning. He hung himself in a tree.

Pue said the victim lived with her aunt at Sanderson's home. Police said the girl's aunt was Sanderson's girlfriend.

Police have yet to establish a motive for the attack.

I just heard on the news that the little gilr is in intensive cae and is expected to be ok... please pray for her...

That's because there is no motive, there are sick people in this world who do stuff like that for no reason. Mentally disturbed, evil, horny sicko might be the motive.

I really hope the girl is okay, I'm sure that guy is burning in hell right now.

for all you know there could have been a very good reason for it, i doubt it, but still you have very scant information.and if my memory of the teachings of g-d (i dont believe but it doesnt serve my purpose to piss of any divinities by saying his/her name in vain now does it) judges, not his petty single minded creations.
and i think 'alleged attacker' says it all no?
ive heard, and seen, many cases when a child has mis pronounced an attacker for whatever reason, because it was there father/mother/sibling/whatever, or for some more malign reason that i cant fathom.
dont judge anybody from what youre told by anyone.
if i did the world would be flat, the universe would revolve around earth and g-d would ahve come down here and personally kicked my ass.

He may not have paid really hard while doing his time on earth but the afterlife is going to be much, much worse like Timothy McVeigh and the 9/11 hijackers are paying the price far more worse than even the death penalty could give!!
