OK - now that Donna has decided not to go to college, I'd like to know what everyone is doing since high school is over for everyone but Jackie.

Hyde- still working in the Fotohut?
Kelso - going to the police academy?
Fez - working at the DMV?
Eric - working where? Maybe going to community college?
Donna - Maybe going to community college?

Does anyone know what the premise is now for the characters in regards to jobs and school?

Well remember Hyde got a different job at that Hotel......I think that Eric and Donna will probably go to a local college and never leave Point Place

Kelso is going to attempt to become a cop but i think he is too stupid.

I don't know about Fez

As far as I can tell:

Donna - working at radio station as hot Donna, putting off college
Eric - working at dog food factory, putting off college
Fez - is he still working at the DMV?
Hyde - working at hotel
Kelso - going to police academy soon
