Does anyone know all the lyrics to the theme song? I can't understand certain parts of it.

Yes, rather amusing, particularly the line:
"You'll have yours, you'll have theirs and I'll have mine...". However, the correct lyrics are:

I'm pretty sure its genes, referring to the fact that willis and arnold had nothing but each other before going to Drummond's.

Well, they were wearing jeans in the first opening credits, and it would make more sense since it's 70's, and many didn't know about genes.
