Post Nick-At-Nite Block Party Summer

Hi everyone I was wondering if any of you were familar with Nicks Block Party Summer Schedule. For those of you who are not its great. They play 1 show from 8-1 Monday threw Friday. You know like 10 episodes of 1 show in 1 night. I was thinking how great it would be if Facts could do be 1 of those shows. They did this either last summer or maybe the year before. Anyway if you agree with me email them and tell them you want Facts on the Block party Schedule. They listen to us. Has anyone heard what there doing for summer yet. Im really wondering already.

Ps Just go to tvland.com
Then find were it says contact Nick. Its that easy.

Blcok Party Summer has been a tradition for Nick at Nite since before i can remember... I stay at my grandma and grandpa's house in teh summer and i remember sitting infront of that tv everynight at like 8 watching Block Party Summer since befor ei can remember.. but it's been a HUGE tradition since like I was 9 or 10 and im 15 now.. so it's been going for a LOOOONNGGG time... i personally LOVe it.. but last years BPS was HORRIBLE!!! They had like Beverly Hillbillies and Andy Griffith (although i'm begining to watch that show on TVLand a lot more lately) and they had I Love Lucy on Sundays (days when I'm usually not home) and what the hell was with that thing on Fridays?? that was really stupid.. hehe... well i HOPE Facts is aired and I hope they have BETTER shows this year than last year... hehe..

I just wrote to them about that and added in the stuff about not skipping all those great eps...I hope they come to their senses and change.

I remember when it was "Mary Mondays". I think FOL will have a time slot this summer. Really, really hope so!! Lucy and Three's Company are the only things guaranteed at this point though. I didn't think the schedule last year was that bad. And I loved Party Crasher Fridays because they showed shows like Head of the Class and (didn't they show Perfect Strangers)that I hadn't seen in a long time.

The one I remember from my first year was

Munster Mondays
Lucy Tuesdays
Bewitched Be-Wedensdays
Jeannie Thursdays
and
Kotter Fridays!

There was nothing better.

But I really miss Monkee Mondays. Didn't even get a full summer of that. Stupid Nick at Nite... that's when my loathing of them began.

I still remember the song from last year. But they didn't have anything like 'bewitched bewednesdays' or 'mary mondays' here's what they had
Lucy on Sunday
Andy Griffith Monday
Gilligan on Tuesday
Hilbilly Wednesday
Brady Bunch on Thursday
and party crasher Friday
And the song was like 'block block, block party summer on nick at nite'

I miss the good ol NaN!! I remember e Munsters too! that show kicks too! God!! I used to LOVE nick at nite.. now tey are getting pretty modern and stuff.. maybe that's why im really into TVLand now (well not ALL tvland.. just some shows) I wish NaN had most of their old shows back like bewitched, the munsters, welcome back kotter, i dream of jeannie, mary tyler moore, the lucy desi comedy hour happy days.. but you know what i REALLY didn't like?? WKRP in Cinncinate, Newhart!!! UGH!!! I hated that show!! And te Bob Newhart show!! ARG!!! hehe.. and what was with the Wonder Years?? yea.. it was good at first, but then it got old hearing arnold's concience talking all the time!! haha... the show Freaks and Geeks really reminds me of the Wonder Years... hehe..

Remember during the summer of '97 when it was Monkees Mondays and then they changed it in like July since it wasn't getting alot of ratings or something? I grew up on Block Party Summer... I used to make my whole family watch it with me and still do!

Didn't Andy Griffith replace the Monkees on Mondays? I thought I remembered that.

Then again, maybe not. It was on TBS back then. I don't know.

I have always been a big fan of the Monkees. It was replaced by Green Acres, not Andy Griffith. I remember because I was pretty angry. Anyway, I hope FOL will have a day this summer. That would be great!!!

I bet this year it will be:

Sundays: I Love Lucy (Maybe not but it might be the last time on N@N since it is moving to TV Land this Fall)
Mondays: Brady Bunch
Tuesdays: Three's Company
Wednesdays: Facts of Life
Thursdays: Diff'rent Strokes
Fridays: Party Crasher

Who knows maybe this year it will be 7 days a week!
