Well, best personality seems obviously Mrs. Garrett, since she was grown and therefore the most well-rounded. The girls each specific things that their personalities thrived on, and weren't as "balanced out".

Now, if you were talkin' about favorite personality though, I'd go with Blair, cause she makes me

the most.

Natalie had the best personality, because Blair was all spoiled, even though sometimes you did she had a good heart (and she was hilarious) and Tootie was annoying, and Jo was the best, but personality wise, def. Natalie

MRS. G has the best personality of course (she s the adult), although the 4 girls each have their faults + talents: BLAIR may be spoiled but she s also caring; JO is tough but honest ; NAT is sharped tongued but friendly & finally TOOTIE is nosy but warm......
