It won't be back in the daytime or primetime, but will air at 1:30am ET Tuesday through Saturday Mornings beginning January 3rd, from Pav on the General board:
No, they have not lost rights. I see an episode airing for Friday, January 2 at 1:30 a.m. (1:30 a.m. on Jan 3 technically). Then starting Monday, January 5, it will air Mon-Fri nights (Tues-Sat technically) at 1:30 a.m. replacing "Any Day Now." VCR timers will come in handy... Full info for Lifetime's December schedule is over at the general board. |

I know the timeslot is terrible... but I look forward to it coming back. I was hoping it was just going on hiatus for a while...

Hey, at least it's not being canceled! Plus, it's kind of cool that UM's being shown late again. I swear, watching that show late at night is a very unnerving experience, but really gives the show an extra moodiness. Plus, Lametime may show those special episodes again, seeing how the episodes are now being shown late. Yeah, I know that The Nanny deserves to be in that timeslot (sorry Nanny fans), but still, better than no UM at all.

I have satelitte from Dish Networks and all the programming is 3 hours ahead. All times are eastern so it will actually be on at 10:30 pm here. That's a little easier for me. I'm glad it's returning!

Yay!! I think I would be too scared to watch it late at night, but I can always tape it-better than no UM at all

Yep... you can rewatch it anytime that way! I have about 10 tapes of Unsolved Mysteries that I have recorded since July... when I get bored(particularly on weekends) I watch them.
