why does TBS call Seinfeld the best sitcom?

Why did they stop showing the theme song first? In the first 3 seasons they show the theme song but then in one episode in the 3rd season they give the little part of show then theme song.

Is there a E hollywood story On Roseanne (the show)?

Seinfeld is best because it is one of the highest-rated(if not the highest-rated) sitcoms in syndication.

Around the time Roseanne started showing a "teaser" to each episode (3 to 5 mins of show setting up the episode before the theme), most other tv shows started doing it too. Now almost every show does it- sitcoms or dramas.

I just wondered how come they didnt say Roseanne was the best sitcom. Did TBS ever advertise showing Roseanne?

TBS has changed it's image greatly in the past year, by then, they had already played every episode of Roseanne 10 times.
