Default Be Honest..What's your X-mas Budget this year?

For me? well for myself? it's $2,000 for a laptop and DVD Recorder...for family and friends? about $450.00 total... I love Christmas! You?

That's about right...the $2,000 figure for me doesn't count, since I always treat myself once a year...rarely buy clothes except once a year...so this year its electronics etc... but for family and stuff? like you about $500!

Yah.. I cant help it. I start shopping in December to get myself in the spirit.. and I always leave the store with stuff for me. Im glad school is done with, because now I have.. *counts* 11 people to shop for, but only 6 get the real good presents. The others I dont see as often.

Are you like me and thousands of us? Where we shop for people...see something WE like that's on sale? and we end up buying more stuff for ourselves? hahahaha or Like I pick out a shirt for my brother, and say, hey I like this shirt for me..so I either buy it for me, or buy two! LOLOLOL

Man, I didn't realize how many well to do people we had here at S.O. Those are some huge budgets!! With rent, and all the other bills I have to pay, I'll be lucky to have $100.00 to spend this year. But it's the thought that counts I guess.

Try to do a single parent budget when you don't get the child support you are supposed to.

It's so freaking hard. My little girl still believes in Santa Claus so I can't explain that things are hard and you can't just get what's on your list. Plus she lost things in our car fire that she wants replaced....so it's hard.

If I can spend $100 on her I'll be thinking that's good and no one gets anything from me but her. I can't do anything for any family. I'd like to buy myself somethign little but I doubt that will happen either.

I understand... Ross Dress for Less is Good...Target, JC Penny is also good... I don;t buy high end stuff.amd it's tru, the gift that counts.. Iusally get my relatives two gifts each..something useful and/or gift certificate or clothes.. somethig fun too... and take lots of photos..that's the fun part!
