Does anyone know if there are plans to bring the hit 60's tv series Batman starring Adam West to DVD?

There is no official announcement, but with work being done on a new Batman movie (due 2005) I would expect them to capitalize on that.

So probably within the next 2 years.

On Tvshowsondvd.com here are its current demand rankings:

Unreleased Rank: 29th
Overall Rank: 53rd

dlemond, how did you get those stats? Are you associated with tvshowsondvd.com, because if you are I'll probably be bugging you with questions on a daily basis.

No, not associatated with it.

Just sign up with the site (free and fast).

Then you can search and vote for your shows on dvd.
And then you will see the rankings.

You can't vote or view the rankings without signing up.

When you vote for a show any news on it relating to dvd will be emailed to you automatically.

I know all that, I've been registered there the past year. I mean, I've always only saw overall rankings, not unreleased rankings as well. I thought maybe you were with the site and had access to info that others don't.

It's new (unreleased rankings).
