i think that a very said linefrom "goodbye" was when cate was going up the stairs and she said "rory why don't you move your shoes" and then rory said "those are dads" that made me very sad. what also hit me was in the beginning when it said starring Katey Sagal instead of john ritter. i thought it was very appropriate to not have an audience. it would just be too sad. i did like the jokes though cuz you can't have an episode all sad . no one will want to watch it. all in all a wonderful episode.

I thought the same thing when I saw "starring Katey Sagal".... it was very weird and sad. I also think having the laugh track the first 2 minutes or so of the show was very effective because of the effect it had after they took it away.
The line about the shows was very sad too as was when Suzanne Pleshette asked Cate if there was anything she could get for her and Cate said "yesterday would be nice" |
