this person has NOT ripped me off as i dont tape trade with anyone anyways but i do feel obliged to warn you guys about this person posting on here

Below is what i sent to him as a tester to see what his response would be:

My first email to him:

how much for all episodes of blossom

His Response:

$250, on DVD tape is $300

no commercials all in order

dvd comes with artwork and the quality is 10./10

there are 40 DVDs in all..

I don't think you understand the ramifications of what you are doing, are company has the ability to trace your email address and get your address.
Every dvd and tape we have in stock that we quote for prices we do have and can prove with records , what you accuse us of is a violation of the ethics code 107.31 Defimation act of 1997 and we legally can file a lawsuit against
you if you are under 18 we can file it against your legal guardians.
fines include 10,000-50,000 or 30 - 100 days in prison just so you are aware.. we will press charges if you continue. this is just a warning, but if you persist we will continue with action and you will be prosecuted, this is no
joke. This email will be put on file and we will be getting your
information and if you continue to switch emails and continue to
harrass our company you will be punished... so i urger you to stop immediately

Yeah right, just MAYBE he'll contact authorities and tell them that his character is being defamed by false accusations that he is failing to deliver ilegally sold recordings of tv shows he has no copyright license for...NOT. Which bootlegger would turn theirself in like that?? He's just blowing smoke up your butt thinking he'll intimidate you. That letter is gramatically shot to hell and a poor representation of any supposed "company." If he's ripped anybody off here, go after him and don't stop till you get what he owes you. The law is not on his side and I'm certain even he knows that.

First off he said "are company" instead of "our" which leads me to believe there is no company but someone under 20 years old.

Second, there is no Defamation Act of 1997, except in Canada where there is no section 107.31.

Any ethics code with the section 107.31 is various medical codes and nothing to do with slander.

This guy better pray he doesn't piss off the wrong person.

you are right this guy sends out fake confirmation numbers. said he would send same day as me and claims i send him crap which aint true i even sent him my master copies. watch out for him if you trade with him make sure you tell him to send first or tell him to forget it

I also have an Email from this guy saying he's going to "press charges" against me, because I posted him as a bad trader. I ripped me off 48 tapes.

Here's the email the guy sent me when I never received the 48 tapes he told me he had sent (three times!!)

Every heard of Slander...Character defermation> apparently you have not... its a felony... and your email that you are sending out with my name to various people with my address and phone number is over the line, im glad i saved it and i am on the phone right now with the police department in the crystal.. your going to cause yourself more harm then good, believe me.. and by calling me a theif, when i am most certainly not is pressable charges.. that is all i have to say, the rest will be in a prefacia document sent to you.. good day.

UPDATE: I'm still waiting for the "prefacia document "
