I Dream of Jeannie is in the same boat as Bewitched, another Columbia TriStar title. With a theatrical version of the show planned for 2005 the studio is looking at doing a DVD tie-in. The release is far away, but we thought we would let fans of the show know that something is planned. Please don't email us asking the exact date; that won't be known for well over a year since nothing has been scheduled at this time.

Yeah!! I was about to post the same thing, because I just got the email, I can't wait either!!! Too bad it's 2005, but atleast it's something!!

Yay!! I'm glad that an IDOJ DVD is in our future!! I hope the time goes by 'in a blink.' Very exciting news!

I didn't know they were planning on releasing a theatrical version of the show! This is news to me. Wasn't Jeannie seen in A Very Brady Sequal? But anyway. Who is going to be playing Jeannie?
