Default Seinfeld is my Rocky Horror Picture Show

Watching an ep of Seinfeld at my place, with Mrs. Maestro and myself would suck.
We are not RHPS goers, but short of dressing up & throwing rice, we are pretty bad when it comes to viewing a sein ep.
It usually starts earlier in the day, the wife will ask... "what's on tonight?"
Of course Maestro knows she doesn't mean "Is it CSI, Frasier, or JAG?" I know she means "which sein ep is on?"

Sometimes we are quite, but sometimes we look at each, other and just take turns saying the lines seconds before the actors, or bust each other on spontaneous trivia as it rolls before or eyes. We would of course be polite if we had guests while it was on (not that we watch TV w/ guests )... but we could really ruin a good ep, and blow out those yet-to-be-initiated to SeinGeekdom, but gad, we sure have fun
I watch plenty alone (you know, for serious viewing ), but it's fun like that too.

We own VERY few DVDs, and unless you want to "collect," it takes a certain type of film to really enjoy viewing several times, warranting a purchase ( I am aware that in general, TV prob takes to repeat viewing better than most films). I find Seinfeld very re-watchable, even after knowing it pretty well. I never thought I would be such a dork about ANY television show... but, Seinfeld works for me. I know more about, and have seen more Seinfeld (by far) than I have any other TV.

A couple of discussion Qs...

What's it like at your place... do you have to sneak away from the group to spy an ep or is it a family tradition to be performed several times a week... are you single & watch what & when you want, including mega-sein??? (we already assume our readers here are sein-fans & watchers of a few eps)

What movie have you seen more times than any?

Do you watch any other TV as much as you see Seinfeld?

I'm married and watch Seinfeld alone. My wife is really not a big fan of the show like I am.

I'm single and watch the show whenever I have some free time. I'm sorta a newbie when it comes to Seinfeld. I share a TV with my roommate who I don't think is a real Seinfeld fan like I am. I work nights so it is a little harder for me to watch than probably most of you, but I love it none the less.

I see maybe 3 full epis a week. I have been known to throw rice and snow during the Betrayal and am usually able to remain master of my domain throughout most episode viewings

My dad and I used to watch the TBS doubleheader every day. However, nowadays, we watch a local sportstalk show and an ep of Becker in its place.

I still catch a little Seinfeld when it's shown at 11 and 11:30pm.
