I was emailing Chris Jennings about some dvds he had and I never heard back from him.

I did not send any payment to him, so that is not an issue.

But I haven't heard from him in a long time.

I am currently dealing with Chris Jennings. I bought the Wonder Years DVDs from him in halves. I recieved the first half about a month after sending my money order and still haven't recieved the second half. I sent the money order for the second half on November 13th. The last email he sent me was on Dec. 31 and he said:

You aren't going to like my answer but there is nothing I can do today and I don't want you to think I'm ignoring you. I'm actually out of town visiting relatives for the holiday week. I will be back in state Friday. Sorry for the delays.

I'm pretty sure this is actually out and you should have received it by now, but I can't provide tracking information, or really do anything from here. I couldn't even recopy a set from here as I don't have my discs, or the DVD recorder...

But I will write you on Friday. Probably later in the afternoon as it's a 6 hour trip for me. And I will resolve this and get you the discs no matter what happens.

I have tried contacting him many times but still no reply. It seems as if he wouldn't have bothered emailing me at all after recieving my money order if he was really out to rip me off. I am just getting really annoyed at this time. Any help on what I should do at this point would be appreciated.
