Sad Nick At Nite Primetime Ratings Down 11%

According to the figures released today:

"Aside from USA, networks weighed down by a double-digit drop in primetime include Nickelodeon (11%), ESPN (25%), Sci Fi Channel (11%), Fox Family (13%), TV Land (13%) and the Weather Channel (25%)."

This must be the reason for the schedule reshuffling. Or maybe the schedule reshuffling is why the ratings are down? Who knows. I haven't watched FOL since they moved to one showing a nite. I can't be alone. There's just too much other stuff on at 9:30. I want the later rerun back!

Meanwhile, the same article indicates "The Division" is doing well:

"Lifetime network executives were literally uncorking the bubbly Tuesday, celebrating the fact that for the first time in its 17-year history, the channel ranked No. 1 in prime-time cable TV ratings for an entire quarter.

Fueled by its trio of original Sunday series -- ``Strong Medicine,'' ``The Division'' and ``Any Day Now'' -- Lifetime posted a 2.0 household rating, its highest quarterly average ever in prime time and an 18 percent increase from first quarter 2000 (1.7 rating)."

Hooray for Nancy! Another hit series!

That may result to needing a boost in the ratings. Check the Nick At NIte scheduel, they have be resporting to airing The Girls School Pilot after all.

I think so also, Karli! But I tell ya, if they start airing FOL, I'd leave my TV on in my room on their channel practically all night just to get them ratings....but only if they show FOL....until then.....................I won't be watching their channel at all..... We'll see what that does to them..........I haven't been watching since they took FOL off the air....except one ep of Kids say ........

N@N has become really bad! I mean I just looked at their scheduel and in addition to having Cheers on four times a night , they have The Cosby Show on four times two, all different episodes. Don't get me wrong, I like The Cosby Show, I watch it everyday on another Channal(can't think of it right now), but thats just two much! And they pushed Family Ties down after the seconed aring of the Cosby Show! I mean really N@N! I am DEFFINATLY not going to watch N@N again! Unless FOL comes back.

Oh and congrats Division!

N@N's linup sucks! I don't really like any of the shows they have on except The Cosby Show and Three's Company. I like some others too, but they're not on all together. N@N took down some of the best shows! Same with TV Land they show the good shows while I'm at school. I kinda like what TNN has, but they really should add FOL.

I hardly watch N@N anymore. Only to catch "Threes Company" and "Family Ties" but that's it. And it's not everyday I can stay up till 3.00AM to catch these shows.

A couple suggestions, everyone...

If you write, please make sure that you try and use correct spelling, correct grammar, etc.

Don't be rude about it -- just beg and plead!

Make sure to include your own address (and email) so they can respond (if they do)

If you call, please be nice

Let's just see how it goes... J

jayman,,why are you pulling up year old posts on N@N's ratings?

BTW,,I hope the ratings have gone down further this year with their current cr@ppy lineup.

Personally, I think that it is a good idea to recycle the old posts. You can get a good laugh on the occasion or two.
