My favorite is The Hypnotist, also! He was good in all of them, tho!
Some of my favorite Reverend Beamis quotes: (looking up to heaven)"With all due respect, sir, you must have made my brother-in-law on your day off!" Ed, your singing has warmed the cockles of my heart!" "the young people of my church don't even wait to get married anymore..they start without me!" ![]() I loved loud, booming speaking voice! He would've made a good stand-up comedian! |

My favorite show was "Alter Ego" also. Freddie was not only sexy in that black outfit..but his bit in church was classic. I laughed so hard at his routine. He was awesome...but then again...when isn't he??

I have to go with the alter ego one too, not only for Freddies standup but the faces Ronny makes in the background are priceless. And I love the ending when he SAVES Ed from his drinking! All around is was a great episode. He was another great talent, not only as an actor/comedian, but also as a sitcom writer (M*A*S*H and other things)

My favorite rev beemis episode is the alter ego one because i love the way chico preaches and we get a glimpse of his comedy routine, in a way that we can't when we listen to the CD.
I wish the rev would have been on more episodes |

I like Alter Ego too because the Reverend's face is priceless when he looks at Chico preaching. He has his mouth open.
