What do you all think of this movie? I love it- lots of people don't understand why I do- which is too bad. Tomorrow I'm going to watch it probably. Songs are great!

I've always loved this movie. It really made 3-D animation the next big movement, and it did it so much better than Toy Story. It's so styalistic (I love Tim Burton) and I'm also going through a Chris Sarandon phase right now, so I'm watching this one all the time

I love that movie. I have a Nightmare Before Christmas lamp in my living room and I always get compliments on it when ever someone comes over.

Is it true that in america the film has like a gothic cult following now? I can understand how that would happen. I'd love to see Burton do another film similar to this- either a sequel or a whole new film, with this type of model-animation and story. I can't find my video of it but!

Ok I must confess something...i am scared ****less of this movie. Man, I can hold my own with hithcock films, the exorcist, even spielberg Steven King movies. But Holy cow start singing "what's this? what's that? " I break down. I saw it when I was six or seven for the first time and started to cry when Jack starts touching all the sleeping children...I was so scared he was going to come through my window and start touching me. I had nightmares with him chasing me, and people being like "it's ok" his voice still sends shivers through my body...and 10 years later...i still can't sit through the movie. There I confessed...

I remember seeing this in theaters. I really loved it. Another film with a similar form of animation is James and the Giant Peach, which I also saw in theaters and was also very good.
