Anyone elses sky all red? Evidently its from some auroa or some thing I dunno. But yea, the sky was all red and creepy looking.

During the fires the sun looked sort of red because it was hiding behind all of this smoke.

It's the northern Lights(Aurora Borealis) I can see it faintly here too... it is being seen because of the sun's solar storm yesterday. Don't panic.

Thats it! Thanks! I wasnt worried at all, I found it neat. I heard that it can mess up the cell phones in the sky or something...

Not the lights itself, but the solar flare could, it hit earth yesterday anyway, so don't worry about that either.

I could see a very light color of red to the north about an hour after sunset(7pm ET) but I live in the city and have a lot of trees, so I didn't have a good view at all.

That's cool stuff! Aurora Borealis, how fun. I want to go look at the sky now lol...but I can't bring myself too because it smells too bad outside. I'm going to try to look out the window.
