It looks like it's going to be a long long season for the Blazers. They lost to the Karl Maloneless, and John Stocktonless Utah Jazz last night. I didn't even recognize most of the Jazz players, and they still showed more heart then the Blazers. I think Portland led at one point by 14, or 15 points, but couldn't hold onto the lead. If they can't hold onto that kind of lead against Utah, then how the heck are they going to be able to do it against the top teams in the league? I just don't get how a team with a bunch of veteran players can lose a 14 point lead to a team that on paper they should have man handled? That's just sad! If yesterdays game is any indication of how the rest of the seasons going to go for Portland, it's definitely going to be ugly. Hopefully yesterdays game was just a fluke, but I doubt it.

Portland's management should've been gotten rid of most of those clowns on the team like Ruben Patterson, Bonzi, Rasheed, Damon. Bonzi only had 6 points last night on 3-14 shooting from the field. That's horrible. Ruben didn't do much either. He only had 4 points on 2-6 shooting from the field. Zach Randolph had a good game with 22 points & 9 boards. Rasheed needs to grab more rebounds. He should be averaging at least 9-10 boards a game as big as he is. He only got 6 last night. That's not good enough. Portland fans do deserve better players with class than these clowns they have to cheer on now. It's a shame too that these guys are giving the city of Portland a bad name cause they have a lot of talent. If only they could get their acts together off the court & stop acting like idiots. Who is Carlos Arroyo for Utah? He had 18 points. I've never heard of him. Radja Bell had 16 points for Utah. When Keon Clark comes back off the injured list, that's gonna make Utah's team even better cause Keon gives them a shot blocking presence & he can score & rebound. He's just ugly as hell with huge lips LOL. Mdntrider7 did u know Olden Polynice is back in the league? He plays for the Clippers now. He's their starting center. Man that's a ugly dude & he got a ugly name LOL.

Eh, classic Blazers play. They are literally headless. Snapper tried to attribute another fourth quarter meltdown to the Utah "jinx." Sorry, we're not biting. There is no excuse for losing that game.
I was happy that Randolph played fairly well, since I had just picked him up as a free agent. What a steal. Now if only he got more blocks... But enough of that. Go Sonics! I can't stand these Blazers. P.S. Rasheed wasn't getting as many rebounds because he's starting at small forward, which now gives him all the more excuse to roam around the 3-point line and look useless while attempting to metamorphose into the next Clifford Robinson. Hey, he was a Blazer once...what a coincidence.

No, I didn't know that. Isn't he the guy that always wore those funny looking dark goggles? Man, he's got to be close to 45 years old by now. I believe I have old basketball cards of him from the mid 80's. The Clippers must be real desperate to have him starting for their team. I honestly don't recall him ever being very good. |

Olden Polynice is 38 yrs old. His birthday is November 23 i think. I think Olden did use to wear goggles. Mdntrider7 u used to collect NBA Hoops, Skybox, Fleer, Upper Deck cards back in the day? LOL. I remember those days. I used to collect NBA cards too when i was a teenager. Remember Charles Jones? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. That dude was horrible. He played for the Washington Bullets for a long time in the 80's & early 90's. He also played for the Houston Rockets when they won the championship in 95. He was the backup center to Akeem Olajuwon. All he would do was rebound & block some shots. I would always laugh at him whenever he got in the game cause he would always pass the ball. He was scared of his offensive game. He hardly ever shot the ball. His career scoring average was like 1 point something LOL. His brother Caldwell Jones used to play for Philly for a long time in the 70's & early 80's. Caldwell was the starting center for Philly when they played the Lakers in the 80 finals when Magic Johnson was a rookie.
